Registering for a library card is quick and easy! All you need is a photo ID with your date of birth. Bring that with you and fill out our registration form.
Do you already have a library card from another SELCO library? If you already have a SELCO library card (not Rochester Public Library), you can use that card here.
Do you have a Rochester Public Library card? We can either link your Rochester Public Library card to work in our system or we can issue you a new card.
Are you under 18? An adult must vouch that the information on the registration form is accurate and agree to be responsible for any fines incurred.
